Inter- Excel Group (IEG) established itself as a Flight Attendant Preparatory Training centre in 1993. With the launch of its trademark Flight Attendant Preparatory Course (FAPC), it quickly developed into a regional pioneer in the Asia Pacific region. We are the #1 pioneer cabin crew school to this day.

Since its inception, IEG has trained and produced thousands of world class cabin crew as well as airport personnel for the world’s leading airlines and airport
operators. We have embark in producing young professionals to excel in the service-oriented industry.

1993 - PRESENT

  • 1993

    Established as Excel Language Services.

  • 1998

    Established a further study and university placement service

  • 2000

    1/1 Appointed by Qatar Airways (QR) as their authorized regional HR recruiter covering Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and China.

  • 2001

    Formed IEA, an aviation consultancy and manpower solutions provider. Recognised as the region’s No 1 Airline Training & Placement Centre in the Asia Pacific region.

  • 2004

    Appointed by Etihad to recruit aviation professionals in Asia and Middle East

  • 2011

    Established IETA, a training & aviation academy, registered under MoT Malaysia and Skills Development of Malaysia.

  • 2013-2019

    Coordinated Cabin Crew interview for Singapore Airlines, Jestar Asia, Air Asia, Scoot Air, Saudia, Tigerair, Mega Maldives, Malaysia Airlines. Currently servicing Oman Air.

  • Present

    Inter Excel now operates in KL, Penang, & JB and establishes industrial partners and footholds in Asia & Europe. Currently offering aviation consultancy to new start-ups.
